Downloading Message Attachments

Through Workspace Webmail, you can download attachments from email messages.

To Download a Message Attachment

  1. Open or preview the email message that contains the attachments you want to download.
  2. Scroll to the Attachments list at the bottom of the message window.
  3. Select the attachments you want to download, and then click Download.
  4. Select the location where you want to save the attachments on your computer, and then click OK.
  5. Note: To download multiple attachments at once, you must first install the Workspace Webmail Tools plugin. If you do not have the plugin, a window displays to install it. After the installation completes, return to your Workspace Webmail and download the attachments.

To Send a Message to Your Online Storage

Note: You can do this only if you have an Online Storage account.

  1. Open or preview the email message that contains the attachments you want to move to your Online Storage.
  2. Scroll to the Attachments list at the bottom of the message window.
  3. Select the attachments you want to download, and then in the Send selected to list, select Online Storage.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. A window displays to select the location where you want to save the attachments in your Online Storage. Select the location, and then click OK.
