How do I link additional accounts to Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping?
When you first signed up for Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping you were prompted to link an account. If you want to link additional accounts just go to the Linked Accounts tab and click Add an Account.

What data will I get from my linked accounts?
Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping imports data from a variety of partners. Keeping track of who imports what and from when can get confusing. This article gives you a quick and simple reference sheet.

How do I get more historical data from my linked accounts?
The amount of data available from each account is different. To get a complete historical quarter or year for your accounts, you can manually import transactions into Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping.

What types of transactions go under the Transfer category?
Transfer In and Transfer Out, and a couple other categories, represent non-business transactions that don't affect Profit and Loss. This article tells you what you need to know.

How do I import a CSV file into Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping?
It's easy to upload a correctly formatted CSV to Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping using the Importer. You'll need to upload your expenses and income separately.

How do I (export) get my data out of Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping?
You can download your transactions to a CSV file and like all great things, there are three ways to do it. In this article we tell you how. The choice is yours.

How can I change my email preferences?
You can change the settings for Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping Newsletters and Surveys as well as set the frequency of your Account Summary Emails.

How do I change my email address or password?
Whether you access your account through outright.com or eBay, you can change your email address or account password under Profile & Settings.

How do I delete (unlink or remove) an account from Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping?
Deleting or un-linking an account removes all transactions associated with that account. So, before you delete something, you should download your Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping data.

Can I exclude certain accounts from importing to Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping?
By default, all your accounts at a given bank are imported into Get Paid and Online Bookkeeping when you link your account. You can, however, exclude accounts that are not business related.

How do I cancel my account?
Canceling your account permanently deletes your data. Before you delete your account, we recommend downloading your transactions to a CSV file.
