Set my mail destination for domains in another account
After verifying you own the domain name, you'll need to change the rest of your domain name's DNS settings to route your email to Office 365.
Warning: Completing these steps changes where you receive email. Within 48 hours, you will no longer receive emails in your old email account. Instead you will begin receiving email to your new Office 365 account. If you aren't ready to switch your domain's email provider, you can return to this page at any time.
- In the product page, scroll to Email & Office, and click the plus sign + to expand the listing.
- Click Manage.
- In the warning message that displays, click Help me fix this.

After completing those steps, you're done! Your Office 365 account will start receiving mail within 48 hours.
