Updating password settings with the Desktop Tool

If you have Workspace Desktop Tools installed, and you change your passwords for your Workspace Email, Calendar, or Online Storage accounts, you might need to update password settings for one or more of the following:

Updating Password Settings for Workspace Email or Calendar

  1. From the Start menu, select All Programs.
  2. Click Workspace, and then click Desktop Tools.
  3. Under All Accounts, locate and then click to select the account for which you want to update the password. If your password needs to be updated, the message, Looks like your password changed. Please verify below: displays.
  4. In the Password field, enter your new password.
  5. Click Sign In.

Updating Password Settings for Your Online Storage

  1. From the Start menu, select All Programs.
  2. Click Workspace, and then click Desktop Tools.
  3. Under All Accounts, locate and then click to select the account for which you want to update the password. If your password needs to be updated, the message, Looks like your password changed. Please verify below: displays.
  4. In the Password field, enter your Online Storage password.
  5. Click Connect.
