Request delegate access to my reseller customer accounts
Use delegate access to manage your customer accounts without needing any passwords. As a delegate, you can:
- Access your customer's products (including product control panels) and cancel new products.
- Handle domain management actions, transfer actions, or both.
- Make purchases on your customer's behalf using a stored payment method (requires purchase access granted by customer).
By default, you already have access to your customer accounts and discount customer accounts. You only need to request access to your customer's account if you want to make purchases for the account, or if the customer has previously revoked your access.

Required: To access your customer's account, you need two-step authentication enabled on your GoDaddy account.
- Sign in to your Reseller Control Center (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Select Reports > Customer Lookup.
- For the account you want to access, select the customer Name.
- Select Request Access, then select your preferred access level. Your customer will receive an email to approve your request.
